Customer Representative Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers in person to present and sell products or services while delivering exceptional customer service
- Utilize effective communication and active listening skills to understand customer needs and overcome objections confidently
- Input and update customer information accurately using company-provided devices during each interaction
- Attend daily in-person Customer Representative training sessions and team meetings to stay informed about industry trends, product updates, and company goals
- Participate in public speaking opportunities, including team presentations and customer outreach events, to build confidence and professional skills
- Collaborate with Customer Representative team members to develop strategies for achieving sales targets and enhancing customer satisfaction
Customer Representative Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Strong interest in sales and customer service to ensure engaging conversations with customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport and present products effectively
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, face-to-face sales environment demonstrating readiness to adapt quickly and handle challenges
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic to drive individual successes and contributions
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as needed
- Prior experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus but not require
