This position is Monday - Friday, 7 am-3:30 pm, with occasional Saturday or Sunday overtime opportunities.
- Two years of maintenance experience in a variety of fields such as plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and possess a valid state driver's license and proof of insurance.
- Must be available to travel within a 4 hours radius and answer infrequent emergency calls after hours and on weekends.
Primary Duties/Responsibilities
- Monitor and triage maintenance requests in order to ensure safety and smooth operation of agency programs and locations.
- Identify and communicate any needed preventative maintenance and assist in prioritizing and budgeting for PM.
- Travel to a variety of agency sites to perform repairs and maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service to agency staff and ensure that their needs are met and progress or delays are communicated.
- Work with and facilitate the use of external contractors to complete projects.
- Perform work with the utmost focus on the safety of all staff and customers.
- Other duties as assigned.
