We are looking for a Make-Ready Supervisor for our Finn location. This is a 608-unit community located in Hazelwood, MO. As the Make-Ready Supervisor you are responsible for managing the make-ready process for the community.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8AM - 5PM, occasional on-call rotation with additional pay
Responsibilities:
(include, but are not limited to)
- Responsible for timely completion of turnover tasks (make ready) on vacant units within budgetary constraints
- Will require self-performing of turnover tasks and supervision of contract vendors and onsite service team members used to complete some or all of the required tasks
- Order parts/supplies as needed for each turnover
- Assign, monitor, and schedule vendors used for various make ready tasks
- Perform unit walks with management or final punch list items if needed
- Process any purchase orders for parts and services used in each turnover
- Ensure completion of all make ready task lists and tasks prior to city inspection
- Perform unit inspections with the city inspector to certify occupancy
- Perform unit walks with management and turn in keys to leasing manager
- Completion of routine work orders as business needs demand
- Work with all members of the management team to ensure unit readiness meets the needs of the business
Minimum Qualifications:
- 2-5 years in a maintenance role
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- EPA Certification Required
- Strong communication and team management skills
Physical Demands: Will be exposed to the constant activity that requires intermittent standing, bending, crouching, pushing/pulling, lifting/moving/carrying light and heavy loads, climbing stairs and ladders.
