Job Description: As a Construction Laborer, you will play a vital role in supporting various construction projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and contributing to the overall success of the job site. Your physical dexterity, attention to detail, and strong work ethic will be essential in ensuring the completion of projects in a safe and efficient manner.
Responsibilities: - Maintain a clean job site, pick up tools and equipment and secure job site each day in order to eliminate potential hazards - Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles. - Perform general maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep the job site organized and safe. - Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a secure working environment. - Collaborate with team members to accomplish project goals efficiently and effectively.
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent. - Previous experience in construction or related field is preferred but not mandatory. - Physical stamina and ability to perform labor-intensive tasks in various weather conditions. - Strong teamwork skills and willingness to take direction from supervisors and more experienced workers. - Basic knowledge of construction tools, equipment, and materials. - Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions closely. - Strong commitment to safety and the ability to adhere to safety protocols. - Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a diverse team.
