Job days and hours: Tuesday - Saturday. 8 AM to 4:30 PM ( OFF Sunday and Monday)
Applicants must have some knowledge of aspects of RV repair ( House only, No Chassis needed ).

Position Summary: Perform needed repairs and maintenance on vehicles to ensure consistency and compliance with dealer and factory standards. This position does not require you to provide or purchase any tools; company will provide any necessary tools.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include pre-delivery inspections on new and used RV's. This includes, learning how to locate and diagnose problems with new units under warranty visually, along with listening for all possible defects/issues, test all operations on various parts of the unit, and the ability to describe and write explanations of defects found. - Ensure that new units delivered are free of manufacturer defects by conducting a full inspection prior to delivery to customer.
- Conduct full structural inspections underbelly to roof; interior and exterior.
- Perform electrical, plumbing, carpentry and appliance inspection and maintenance to ensure that all are working properly as designed.
- Track all parts, materials and labor used in repairs or replacements and document per established protocol.
- Keep supervisor and/or service writer appraised of work progress.
- Ensure that the final work product meets quality standards and is inspected by supervisor, service writer or designee.
- Maintain a safe and clean work area for customers and coworkers.
- Assist in other areas of service dept. as assigned by Service manager to support dept.
- Follow all safety training and procedures. Complete all required HR & safety training as assigned

Education/Experience:
One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and tool knowledge.
Language Ability:
Ability to describe and write explanations of defects/problems found in RV and describe verbally and write the repairs necessary.
Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Write routine reports and correspondence. Speak effectively before groups of customers or employees.
Mathematical Ability:
Add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. Compute rate, ratio and percent, and draw and interpret bar graphs.
