About Us:
Coast to Coast is a licensed general building contractor with offices throughout Southern California. We specialize in all kinds of general building contracting, including water or fire damage repairs, residential & commercial construction, home remodeling and room additions.
We are hiring estimators with a high degree of technical knowledge regarding building construction codes and specifications needed to supply the customer with a complete and reliable bid for their construction projects.
Minimal Responsibilities and Duties
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Meet with the customer at job sites.
· Effective analytical, sales and communication/negotiation skills.
· Project Planning and Scheduling
· Utilize Dash (Training Available) for internal documentation.
· Contract Administration.
· Strengthen the company's image with each customer and their insurance carrier.
· Coordinating the efforts of all parties involved in the project - the architects, consultants, contractors, sub-contractors, and laborers.
· Effective time management and logical decision-making ability
· Capacity to handle pressure
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Must be eligible to work in the United State
- Must have at least 3 years Xactimate experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
