Established Restoration / General Contractor seeking motivated, responsible restoration technicians for fire and water damage remediation. EXPERIENCE REQUIRED Responsible for responding to fire and water damage emergencies including after hours and on call. Estimating experience a plus.
Duties include -
- General Labor
- General Cleaning of construction site
- Smoke Cleaning
- Water mitigation
- Fire clean up
- Contents moving and cleaning, restoration
- Demolition of affected building materials
- Photo and written documentation of project
- Ability to lift heavy equipment
- Ability to work overtime, including some weekends
- Ability to follow direction, yet take initiative
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to prioritize
- Great work ethic
- Read and write English
- Driving company vehicle
- IICRC Certifications a plus but not required.
Employees will be required to complete a background check which includes MVR (motor vehicle record), physical and drug screening.
