Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement annual operational forecasts and strategies
- Evaluate and optimize day-to-day operations
- Identify market opportunities for accelerated growth
- Present strategic operational recommendations to the CEO
- Provide coaching and mentorship to employees
- Ensure alignment with 2GO Advisory Group's commitment to corporate citizenship
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of executive experience
- Proven track record in strategic planning and business development
- Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
