Job Title: Project Manager
Job Duties: Manage and lead projects successfully from pre-construction, scope of work identification, mobilization, project execution, and closeout. Interact with the customer to validate expectations are understood and met before, during and after project completion. Additionally create, manage and negotiate change orders with clients. Manage, mentor, and develop project team employees consisting of assistant project manager(s), project engineer(s), and administrative/support staff, as applicable. Responsible for creating and managing project budget from estimate. Closely track project progress, ensure projects are completed within budget with particular emphasis on financial forecasting for cost-to-complete. Regularly visits projects to assess performance, progress, and quality and to ensure connectivity with the field and clients. Attend pre-construction meetings, collaborations and conferences with clients and design professionals. Analyze and interpret detailed plans and specifications and review the overall contractual requirements for the project and project specific design methodology as required. Establish project execution plan and provide scheduling and coordination for each project. Collaborate with Superintendent and field team to ensure projects are completed on schedule. Manage subcontractors including writing and negotiating subcontracts and managing their ongoing performance. Actively manage billing and collection processes to optimize positive cash flow. Manage project close out, O&M’s, warranties, lien releases and punch list items. Execute major project purchases in collaboration with the operations team and regional leadership. Manage material procurement and budgeting. Coordinates with field supervision and recruitment department to proactively manage manpower needs, as well as other miscellaneous duties.
Travel: 20-30% travel required throughout the Bay Area to visit projects and attend pre-construction meetings, collaborations and conferences with clients and design professionals, with all expenses reimbursed by the Employer.

Salary / Year: $170,019.00 - $175,000.00
