Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Administrator to join our team in San Diego. The ideal candidate will have strong typing skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to maintain accuracy while working with large volumes of data. You will be responsible for entering, updating, and maintaining data across various internal systems and ensuring the integrity of our records.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Accurately input data into internal databases and systems.
- Review data for errors or inconsistencies and correct any issues.
- Maintain electronic and physical filing systems.
- Prepare source data for entry by compiling and sorting information.
- Verify the accuracy of data from multiple sources before entering it.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Generate standard reports as requested by supervisors or other departments.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
- Follow company policies and data handling procedures.
- Must pay very close attention to detail.
- Serving internal team members, external clients, and potential clients.

Education And Experience
AA degree from a college or university, including two plus years, and include deep knowledge of Excel or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Qualifications

- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate degree preferred
- 1+ year of experience in a data entry or clerical role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience with database software and office equipment (e.g., scanners, printers)
- Strong typing skills (recommended: 50+ WPM)
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
