Position Highlights
- Title: Senior HVAC Estimator

- Location: San Francisco area (local experience preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead estimating and bidding efforts for Design-Build and Design-Assist HVAC projects.
- Analyze project documents to determine scope, costs, and schedules.
- Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and clients.
- Provide value-engineering solutions and recommend equipment selections.
- Ensure constructability and integration through project reviews.
- Support business development with proposals, presentations, and interviews.
- Maintain/update historical cost databases to improve accuracy.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of HVAC estimating experience (Design-Build/Design-Assist focus).
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and industry standards.
- Proficiency with estimating tools (Trimble, OST, Bluebeam, Excel).
- Skilled at reading and interpreting construction drawings/specs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Familiarity with San Francisco commercial construction market preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $170,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
