The Real Estate Project Coordinator will provide administrative, analytical, and operational support to the Director of Corporate Real Estate. This role is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day management of the company’s real estate portfolio, coordinating lease administration, supporting real estate transactions, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication across internal and external stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities On The Team
- Maintain and update records of real estate holdings, leases, and critical dates.
- Track lease expirations, renewals, terminations, and rent escalations.
- Prepare portfolio performance reports and dashboards as needed.
- Coordinate real estate projects including site selection, lease negotiations, space planning, build-outs, and relocations.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Facilitate communication among stakeholders, including brokers, landlords, legal, and construction teams, and internal departments.
- Organize and maintain real estate documents.
- Coordinate with legal, finance, regional, and divisional operations teams on lease review and approval processes.
- Ensure compliance with lease obligations and track key deliverables.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis related to real estate projects and operating costs.
- Analyze lease terms and real estate market data to support strategic decision-making.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, site visits, and vendor engagements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation for executive review.
- Support internal approval workflows and invoice processing receivable and payables.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in real estate, project coordination, or related roles.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and real estate management tools.
- Experience with lease administration or real estate portfolio software (e.g., CoStar, MRI, Procore).
- Familiarity with commercial real estate terminology and best practices.
- Knowledge of corporate real estate operations or facilities management.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- On-site work environment, depending on business needs.
- Occasional travel may be required for site visits or project coordination.
