Civil Engineer – Land Development
We’re seeking a skilled Civil Engineer to support a variety of residential and commercial land development projects. This role focuses on site design, grading, and infrastructure planning from concept through construction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review land planning, subdivision layouts, and due diligence reports
- Design grading, utility, drainage, and roadway plans for agency submittal and approval
- Develop engineering reports and studies such as stormwater management and grading analyses
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and consultants to ensure efficient project delivery
- Support construction administration and site observation throughout the project lifecycle
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field (required)
- EIT or PE license preferred
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or similar design software
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills
- Experience with subdivision design and grading highly preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $95,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
