Job Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for identifying, sourcing, and filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. They are responsible for the full-cycle recruiting and onboarding process which entails sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, conducting interviews, facilitating offers and employment negotiations, and ensuring that candidates and new hires have a pleasant and successful experience with BNBuilders.
SALARY RANGE: $80,600.00 - $85,000.00 annually

Job Responsibilities
- Facilitates and implements all phases of the full-cycle recruitment process for all regions.
- Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on industry standards and the needs of BNBuilders.
- Attends weekly recruiting/staffing meetings; Collaborates with managers to identify hiring needs and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
- Projects staffing needs and communicates needs with Grizzly for an accurate count on equipment.
- Posts jobs, screens applications, selects qualified candidates, and collaborates with hiring managers.
- Maintains the recruiting module in the HRIS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Conducts pre-screen interviews for all candidates.
- Schedules interviews, oversees pleasant experience for candidates; trains interviewers on best interviewing practices.
- Collects feedback from interviewers.
- Works with hiring managers during the offer process to identify salary, start dates, and other pertinent details and drafts offer letters.
- Oversees the employee referral bonus program.
- Joins and attends industry organizations to recruit and build pool of talented candidates.
- Collaborates with Diversity & Inclusion Manager to meet diversity goals in recruiting.
- Organizes and builds upon the college recruiting program; attends/participates in college recruiting fairs and coordinates “recruiting champions.”
- Researches new onboarding strategies and continues to build on our onboarding program.
- Continues to develop and manage the new hire mentorship program.
- Perform other related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources, related field, or any similar combination of education and experience.
- HR Certification (PHR or SHRM-CP) preferred.
- Two years of experience in HR and/or recruiting preferred.
- Experience recruiting in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of applicable laws.
- HRIS ATS experience required, Paycom is a plus.
- Must be proficient MS Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel and Word.
