Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and optimizing warehouse processes. This role will assist in the development and execution of strategic growth initiatives in the business. This role is responsible for the daily oversight, development and performance of the warehouse staff.
SALARY RANGE: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 annually
(companywide)
Pay is based on a number of factors including market location.

Job Responsibilities
- Achieve and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by ensuring processes drive order fulfillment and on-time deliveries.
- Provide direction and support to direct reports for warehouse organization.
- Communicate and provide coaching/mentoring to direct reports ensuring that team members understand job expectations.
- Daily goal setting for tool repair associates and review of tool repair logs to ensure accuracy
- Drive continuous improvement throughout all warehouse operations.
- Maintain efficient yard and warehouse flow by coaching team members on efficient storage methods and product storage best practices.
- Responsible for leading documented Gemba walks on a weekly basis and overseeing tasks through completion.
- Plays an active role in the interviewing process for open warehouse roles.
- Works closely with local warehouse manager to read and understand the bi-weekly financial and backlog reports.
- Identify and make recommendations for staffing levels.
- Complete at least one project walk per month.
- Participate in at least one Dashboard review meeting per month.
- Ensure safe working conditions throughout the warehouse.
- Foster an environment that has an emphasis on Safety and best practices.
- Complete all required training courses.
- Other duties as assigned.

Capable of traversing over construction-type terrain when under development; moving through the construction site and the materials in place for use on the site; climbing ladders and temporary stairways; conducting visual inspections of quality of construction and materials being used in construction and performing general carpentry tasks. Conduct jobsite walks to ensure successful project completion. Conduct jobsite walks to identify and eliminate safety hazards.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at the job site. The noise level in the work environment and job site can be loud. This position is performed in outside weather conditions.
