About the Role:
CMP Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager II – PMIS System Administrator to support the Build-LACCD Program. This role serves as the primary administrator of the District’s PMIS platform (Trimble Unity Construction / eBuilder), ensuring system reliability, user adoption, process automation, and seamless project management support across the capital program.
Role Overview
- As the PMIS System Administrator, you will configure, maintain, and optimize the PMIS system, support project teams through workflow development and training, and collaborate closely with project controls, IT, and program leadership. This is a key technical and operational role that supports efficient project delivery and digital transformation efforts across LACCD’s facilities program.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage PMIS configuration, system setup, maintenance, and user permissions
- Provide daily user support and troubleshooting, escalating to eBuilder as needed
- Develop, modify, and test workflows, processes, and system modules
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports
- Conduct system training sessions and maintain training materials
- Support cost management, forecasting, scheduling, contract & change control, invoicing, RFIs, submittals, and correspondence tracking
- Coordinate PMIS integrations with BI tools and other enterprise platforms
- Track and document system issues, updates, and enhancements
- Deploy system changes using SDLC practices; gather business requirements
- Support District Facilities Planning & Development as needed
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Information Systems, or related field
- 3+ years’ experience in construction management, project controls, or PMIS system administration
- Hands-on experience with Trimble Unity Construction / eBuilder
- Knowledge of construction cost, schedule, contracts, change management & document control
- Strong communication and stakeholder support skills
- Ability to work hybrid and report onsite with 48-hour notice
Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced configuration and administration experience in eBuilder
- Experience creating custom dashboards & reports
- Familiarity with enterprise integrations (Deltek, Oracle Primavera P6)
- Knowledge of SQL, XML, JSON & REST API integrations
- Release management experience
