Location

Job Description
- Lead all day-to-day operational functions across national markets, including logistics, warehouse management, and field operations
- Oversee technical delivery, show advancement, and large-scale event execution to ensure excellence and consistency
- Develop and implement scalable systems, policies, and processes to support rapid growth and operational efficiency
- Drive financial performance through cost control, budgeting, and KPI management
- Lead multi-location teams and senior operational managers to ensure collaboration and accountability
- Manage national asset strategy, including purchasing, allocation, and lifecycle management
- Partner with executives on acquisitions, integration planning, and cultural alignment across new markets
- Champion innovation and technology adoption to enhance processes and performance visibility
- Foster a high-performance culture rooted in communication, safety, and operational excellence
Qualifications
- 10+ years of senior-level operational leadership in live event production, AV integration, or related industries
- Proven success managing large, multi-site operations and national logistics
- Experience integrating acquisitions and driving culture alignment across teams
- Strong understanding of asset management, utilization, and vendor relations
- Hands-on leadership style with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced or technical degree a plus
- Experience with inventory systems such as Flex Rental Solutions, preferred
- Willingness to travel up to 50% nationally

Compensation
Competitive base salary with a performance-based annual bonus tied to operational metrics and company growth. Includes comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with 5% company match, generous paid time off, and holidays.
