The Premier Group is currently looking for rough and finish carpenters to join our team to work on high-end, custom residential projects located in San Francisco, CA and surrounding areas. Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality rough and finish carpentry on luxury remodels and custom homes
- Complete detailed restoration work, including structural repairs, molding replication, and historic finishes
- Install framing, trim, doors, windows, cabinetry, and architectural details
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional workspace in client homes
- Work independently on tasks and collaborate with project leads when needed
- Uphold all safety standards and follow best practices on every job site
- Execute additional remodeling and carpentry duties as assigned
Requirements:
- 5+ years of high-end residential carpentry experience (rough + finish)
- Proven experience in remodeling or restoration — historic or luxury preferred
- Strong attention to detail, craftsmanship, and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve on site
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must provide your own basic hand tools
- Experience operating power tools safely
- Reliable transportation to and from residential job sites
- Professional communication and client-facing etiquette
