Job Description
- Manage a full caseload of employment and business litigation matters with minimal oversight.
- Handle all phases of employment litigation, from initial complaint through trial.
- Provide proactive advice and counsel to business clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and trial-related materials.
- Communicate regularly with clients, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and practical guidance.
- Collaborate with a tight-knit team of attorneys who value communication, professionalism, and adaptability.
- Support business clients with long-term compliance strategies and legal solutions that align with their goals.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of employment law and business law experience.
- Strong litigation experience, including full case ownership through trial.
- Demonstrated ability to independently manage caseloads.
- Excellent communication and client-management skills.
- California Bar license required.
- Ability to work hybrid with periodic in-office presence.
