We are looking for a Field Operations & Leasing Support Specialist who can operate confidently in the field and stay organized in the office. If you are dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable communicating with tenants, case managers, vendors, and our leasing team, this role is for you.

- Set up and maintain access systems (keys, lockboxes, entry instructions)
- Coordinate with maintenance and management to resolve on-site issues quickly
- Perform basic administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, responding to emails, and providing written tour feedback
- Maintain logs, notes, and follow-ups to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Perform other tasks at properties as needed
- Represent Orion Housing’s values of professionalism, empathy, and accountability in every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior experience in property management, leasing, inspections, maintenance coordination, field operations, hospitality, or similar roles preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Comfortable driving and navigating to multiple field locations daily (mileage reimbursement available)
- Professional communication skills — in person, by phone, and in writing
- Reliable, self-directed, and highly organized
- Ability to multitask and stay calm in a fast-moving environment
- Tech-comfortable (email, Google Drive, basic software apps)
What You’ll Get:
- Competitive hourly pay (based on experience)
- Paid vacation, holidays, and sick time
- Hands-on training and career development opportunities
- A supportive team environment that values accountability and growth
- A role where your work has direct, visible impact on resident housing outcomes
