Are you a recent Civil Engineering or Construction Management graduate looking to build your career in heavy civil construction?

We are hiring a Project Engineer to join our team and work alongside experienced Project Managers and Superintendents on some of Northern California's most challenging heavy civil and highway projects.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days behind a desk. You'll be in the field learning how projects are built—from preconstruction through closeout—while developing the technical and leadership skills needed to become a Project Manager.

What You'll Do

Support project planning, scheduling, and field operations
Assist with RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentation
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
Track production, quantities, and project costs
Participate in jobsite meetings, safety planning, and quality control
Gain exposure to industry-leading software including Bluebeam, HCSS HeavyBid, Vista, and Trimble Business Center

We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to read construction plans and specifications
Willingness to work on active construction sites and travel to project locations as needed
A proactive attitude and a desire to learn from experienced industry leaders
