Orion Group is hiring a Data Integrity Specialist to work a hybrid opportunity in Irvine CA. This position requires advance experience with Excel Formulas such as: concatenate, IF statements, VLOOKUPS, Pivot Tables equivalent to intermediate overall knowledge of Excel.
The Data Integrity Specialist will create customer reports with an analytical mindset and should be able to dig into the details and investigate reports. The ideal candidate will have respect for processes/controls- following SOPs with consistent rigor on repetitive tasks.
Experience with data query tools (how to retrieve data, search criteria), and the ability to work independently once trained and willingness to ask questions will get you far in this position.
Data Integrity Specialist Purpose:
The Data Integrity Specialist will be responsible for monitoring consumer rewards program. Healthcare professionals log consumer treatments performed in-office for points issuance to be used towards discounts on future treatments. Person responsible will compare treatment logs vs. brand sales history for program misuse (excessive participation).
Key Responsibilities:
- Review consumer Loyalty Monitoring Dashboard for customers out of compliance.
- Investigate if actioning required and appropriate level of discipline per defined SOPs.
- Investigation requires data validation: sales retrieve, customer name/location via Google search, risk assessment calculation.
- Perform actioning process: coordinate with Loyalty Operations team regarding Sales Rep and customer notifications, program pause start and end dates.
- Document actioning in online system for audit purposes.
- Ad hoc customer analysis requiring a desire to dig into details (use of online query tools and Excel).
- Report results and analytics to Management timely-Goal is to drive automation and improvements through partnering with internal IT to reduce manual work.
- Will be responsible for additional monitoring programs to be rolled out in 2024.
Key Qualifications:
- College Graduate or 1-2 years of work experience in data extraction, data analytics and/or financial analysis.
- Prior experience of working with large data and MS Excel required.
- Mail merge preferred.
- Strong analytical skills coupled with thoroughness and attention to detail is desired.
- Have strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with business partners.
- Must be able to work independently and proactively to take initiative to solve problems. Exceptional organization and time management skills.
- Discretion when dealing with confidential information.
- Systems: Tableau, Snowflake, PowerBI, PowerPoint and Excel. SQL knowledge a plus.
- Excel formulas: concatenate, IF statements, lookups, pivot tables equivalent to intermediate level.
