WM has developed a process that will start a transformative change on a massive scale — not only optimizing industry productivity, but also drastically reducing the carbon footprint of construction and sourcing sustainable materials whenever possible.
We are seeking an experienced Project Executive to oversee multiple construction projects from preconstruction through completion. This leadership role is responsible for managing design coordination, permits, submittals, schedules, subcontractors, budgets, and client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Manage multiple concurrent construction projects
- Lead design coordination with architects, engineers, and consultants
- Oversee permitting, submittals, RFIs, procurement, and document control
- Develop and manage project schedules and milestone tracking
- Direct subcontractor selection, coordination, and performance
- Monitor project costs, budgets, forecasts, and change orders
- Maintain strong client, vendor, and stakeholder relationships
- Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Qualifications
- 10+ years of construction management experience with a General Contractor
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong experience in design coordination, permitting, scheduling, and cost control
- Proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, and Microsoft Office
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Pay: $180,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
