Position Overview
As an HVAC Project Manager, you will lead multi-family and mixed-use construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. This role requires strong coordination with GCs, developers, and internal teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage HVAC projects focused on multi-family and mixed-use developments
- Serve as primary liaison between General Contractors, developers, and internal teams
- Build relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors
- Review plans, specs, and perform quantity take-offs
- Manage budgets, Schedule of Values, and cost tracking
- Process RFIs, submittals, and Change Orders
- Coordinate procurement and equipment scheduling
- Monitor labor, materials, and subcontractor performance
- Lead project meetings and resolve issues proactively
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary: $100,000 – $150,000 annually (DOE)

- Monday–Friday schedule, onsite

Requirements
Qualifications
- 5+ years of HVAC experience and 3+ years in project management
- Strong experience with multi-family and/or mixed-use projects (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge of mechanical systems, ductwork, piping, and controls
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with Procore, Trimble, or similar tools
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
