Looking for just a job? Then this isn't the right place for you. We're not looking for administrators — we're looking for builders. People who take ownership, make decisions, and turn a location into a true performance unit. Personalities with a passion for technology, a sharp eye for numbers — and a genuine feel for people. As Branch Manager for Loxone Los Angeles, you take full responsibility for our West Coast site. You drive the region's commercial growth, lead your team with clarity and energy, and build a strong, activated partner network across the territory. No corporate red tape, no endless loops — just execution, ownership, and measurable results.
Your Mission
You own the full commercial and operational responsibility for the Los Angeles region — revenue, partner ecosystem, team performance, and the West Hollywood Experience Center — always in line with the strategic direction set by our headquarters in Austria.
Your Tasks

- Own the territory revenue number with full CRM and KPI accountability
- Prioritize high-value partners and high-impact projects; step in personally on complex, strategic deals
- Drive strong revenue per employee and overall regional efficiency
- Personally drive outbound partner recruitment and demand creation in the field
- Build an activated partner network — not just a list of signed partners
- Define and enforce criteria for strategic partners: capable of >USD 250,000 annualized revenue within 24 months, a repeatable project pipeline, and full commitment to LOXONE as their core platform
- Ensure a seamless handoff between Business Development and Partner Coaching
- Personally engage in key strategic partner relationships where required
- Run the West Hollywood Experience Center as the region's training and conversion hub
- Own the cadence and quality of Foundation Training — the key partner conversion activity
- Drive lighthouse projects that build regional credibility
- Oversee and guide demand-side engagement with architects, developers, and specifiers
- Lead the LA site team day to day: set direction, drive performance, build accountability
Your profile:
- Several years of leadership experience, ideally in B2B sales or channel/partner business
- Proven track record building, leading, and developing high-performing teams

- Solid technical understanding, ideally in building automation, electrical engineering, or the smart home industry
- Established network and market understanding within the Southern California architecture, design, and electrical trade community
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a sharp sense for market and customer needs
