About The Role:
Our vision is to build the comprehensive wellness solution for every modern family, addressing a wide range of needs across the spectrum of wellness supported by a combination of human and AI assistants. To help bring this to market, we are looking for a Product Management Lead to take on full responsibility for the complete conversational experience of our AI Assistant that frictionlessly integrates with humans-in-the-loop. You will be responsible for steering and spearheading the conversational experience strategy, setting high standards with a team of product managers, designers, analysts, and data scientists to achieve excellence in user-focused product development. This role requires a deep interest in and understanding of conversational experience, GenAI/AI, Natural Language Understanding (NLU), response design, accessibility, and emerging technologies.

What You'll Do:
- Lead strategy and product management in the end-to-end product development for the conversational experience of our new 0 to 1 Human in the Loop AI assistant product for all our Wellness product offerings at PanasonicWELL.
- Define the core conversational user experience of the Customers interaction with our Health and Wellness AS assistant and our PanasonicWELL products and services. Inclusive of content strategy and user persona building, designed to seamlessly integrate across a myriad of surfaces such as hardware devices (Mobile, Web, TV, wearables, etc.), and additional devices across the Panasonic portfolio.
- Evaluate and manage relationships with external vendors and partners to support the development and implementation of conversational technologies and solutions
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of conversational experiences, and use data-driven insights to continuously improve and optimize.
- Collaborate closely with partners in Product, Engineering, UX & Design, Program Management, Data Analytics, IT, Backend, Partnerships, Risk, Marketing, Compliance, and other functions.
- Contribute to the overarching strategic direction of our AI/ML(Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning) service initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- You have 8+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on conversational interfaces, chatbots, virtual assistants, or related technologies.
- You have Product Management experience with a focus on consumer products including smart sensor Hardware, lifestyle coaching Services, wellbeing apps or behavior change outcomes (bonus points for experience within a startup, Apptech or company leveraging Generative AI
- You have a strong understanding of natural language processing (NLP), GenAI, and LLMs, and experience within Service Design, System Design, Linguistics a bonus.
- You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- You have an analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive actionable insights.
- You have an agile and lean mindset, and the ability to thrive in ambiguous, dynamic environments.
