Valley Patios Orange County is looking to add an additional footing & demolition crew member to our team! We offer competitive pay and opportunity of advancement to patio cover installer positions.
We are seeking an experienced footing & demolition crew member to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in digging footings for patio covers and demoing existing structures.
Duties:
- Dig footings to engineering standards. Footing size will be provided by the project manager and must be dug to the exact specifications
- Ability to review a plot plan drawing for a project to determine exact footing locations
- Mix and pour concrete into footings
- Pickup material from manufacturer (as needed) and ensuring order accuracy
- Demolition and hauling away material to nearest dump
- Ability and knowledge to pickup all required material from hardware store
- Cleaning up the jobsite after completion of work daily
Skills:
- Strong communication skills with management and customers
- Problem solving
- Must show pride in the quality of their work
- Excellent customer service as well as attention to detail
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license
- Reliable truck with a rack in order to pickup material
- Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role preferred, but not required
