All Pro Installations is now hiring for a Commercial Construction Foreman. This person will be in charge of leading a construction team of 6-10 team members to work on various projects as assigned. Ideal candidates will be able to:
- Read blueprints and understand schematics.
- Partner with other team members and customers to communicate needs and wants.
- Be a positive influence on the team to push for completion by set deadlines.
- Can handle multiple projects at one time.
- Has commercial property experience in construction, demolition, and maintenance.
- Shows hands-on leadership. Doesn't just tell the team what to do but shows them how to do it.
- Shows up to work on time.
- Is detail oriented.
- Is able to complete and submit paperwork on time.
- Has good and regular communication with his or her supervisor to update project statuses.
- Be able to effectively read, write and speak English.
- Bilingual proficiency in English, Spanish, or any other languages.
- California Contractors license not required but highly desired.
Pay ranges from $75,000.00 to $100,000.00. Pay will be commensurate with the candidates experience. Bonus pay is a highly likely depending on what this person can accomplish.
All Pro Installations is focused on commercial restaurants and retail projects but will soon branch to residential as well. This is a great position for an experienced construction foreman to continue their career.
