Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage all HVAC and clean room project phases, ensuring adherence to strict timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
- Direct the design, installation, and commissioning of high-performance HVAC systems, clean rooms, and integrated building automation systems, including Tridium Niagara, Johnson Controls Metasys, and Bacnet technologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to achieve seamless project execution and alignment with customer goals.
- Develop, monitor, and manage project schedules, budgets, and documentation using advanced tools like MS Project, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Revit, and Navisworks.
- Ensure all projects meet industry compliance standards and certifications, particularly clean room protocols and HVAC system regulations.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related discipline is preferred; equivalent industry experience will be considered.
- 8-10 years of experience in HVAC project management, with a strong background in clean room environments highly desirable.
- Expertise with tools like Trimble AutoBid, Revit, Navisworks, and MS Project, coupled with a solid understanding of building automation systems.
- Proven ability to handle complex projects with multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- A stable and local work history within the San Francisco mechanical construction market is essential.
