Overview:
We are seeking a professional and reliable Armed Security Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing security services to our clients, ensuring the safety of residents and staff , and upholding the highest standards of security and customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Patrol the premises, both inside and outside, to prevent or respond to any security breaches or incidents.
- Conduct regular surveillance of the premises and surrounding areas to detect any potential threats.
- Maintain a high level of situational awareness and be prepared to respond to any emergency situation.
- Provide excellent customer service, and be approachable and professional at all times.
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents, including reports and logs.
Qualifications:
- A valid Armed DCJS license.
- Must own your own Glock firearm
- A clean criminal record and a good understanding of conflict management and loss prevention principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $18.50 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
