Responsibilities:
- Operational Excellence:
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure optimal levels of productivity, efficiency and quality standards are consistently achievedmet.
- Streamline processes and identify areas for improvement to enhance overall productivity.
- Dealer Network Development:
- MaintainBuild and maintain strong relationships with existing dealers ensuring annual sales commitments are met while enabling and incentivizing dealers to exceed targets. while expanding the network.
- Develop strategies to attract new dealers, increase revenue and grow market share.
- Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, retain and lead a high-performing team.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages professional development.
- Sales and Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore new channelsavenues for selling our home improvement products.
- Develop and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, acquire new customers and dealers to grow and maximize revenue.
- Strategic Planning:
- Work closely with the executive team to develop and implement business strategies.
- Analyze market trends and competition to identify opportunities for growth.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business management and sales, preferably in the home improvement or manufacturing industry. Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing successful teams and leading from the front. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strategic mindset with the ability to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding quota targets.
