We are seeking a highly skilled and licensed Professional Land Surveyor to lead our survey team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all survey-related activities and ensuring the successful execution of projects from start to finish. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing survey staff, providing professional and technological direction.
- Engaging with clients, preparing quotations, and drafting proposals.
- Preparing and reviewing boundary and topographical surveys, ALTA/ACSM surveys, subdivision plans, and easement exhibits.
- Creating legal descriptions and managing survey projects to ensure timely and accurate completion.
- Overseeing and managing land surveying projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and regulatory compliance.
- Implementing quality control measures to verify survey data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining organized records of project documents, field notes, and survey computations.
- Facilitating excellent communication with clients, staff, and government agencies to ensure project scope, budget, and timeline alignment.
- Conducting topographic, property boundary, as-built surveys, and ALTA/NSPS Land Title surveys.
- Providing guidance on current and emerging surveying technologies and methods.
- Gathering, interpreting, and analyzing survey data and title information to determine property boundary solutions and the impact of easements.
- Preparing and reviewing all necessary survey-related documents required by clients, staff, and regulatory agencies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
