Because of our success, we are looking for a new Team Member to expand our Customer Service and Sales team!

Responsibilities:
- Attend hands-on training from senior Customer Service and Sales staff to understand the fundamentals of the role and gain knowledge of the program benefits
- Interact directly in person with consumers in a friendly, respectful manner
- Master the entire sales process for each individual customer and educate each customer fully on the program benefits and pricing
- Maintain the utmost confidentiality and professionalism when working with customers to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in our program
- Collaborate with fellow Team Members to enhance the customer and sales experience and improve customer satisfaction
- Troubleshoot, and problem solve any consumer issues by actively listening to concerns and implementing resolutions that will exceed their expectations
Requirements:
- Must possess a High School diploma or GED
- Degree in General Business, Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields of study is a PLUS!
- 0-3+ years of customer service, sales, or other related consumer-facing fields
- Must have advanced communication and people skills as well as a passion for helping others
- Must be a team player and possess an upbeat, positive attitude to complement our team environment and culture

Pay: $700.00 - $1,200.00 per week
