Join Our Portrait Studio as a Phone Sales Superstar!
Are you a friendly, energetic person who loves chatting with people and has a knack for sales? If so, we’d love for you to join our team as a Phone Sales person at our portrait studio! This person will call back and book clients that have contacted the studio interested in booking a portrait session. No cold calling.
Position is hourly pay plus commission.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Build real connections with clients and make them feel right at home.
- Make calls to clients who’ve shown interest in our portrait sessions (no cold calling required!).
- Answer incoming calls with a warm and professional touch.
- Schedule appointments for unforgettable portrait sessions.
- Manage client info and keep everything organized.
- Share feedback and collaborate with our awesome team to ensure stellar client experiences.
- Jump into studio meetings with enthusiasm and ideas.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in phone sales with a proven track record.
- A warm, engaging communicator who can make anyone feel at ease.
- Someone who can quickly build rapport and charm clients.
- An eagerness to learn about the fine art photography world.
- Ability to handle objections smoothly and stay calm under pressure.
- Reliable and committed to following through on tasks.
- Familiarity with Google Sheets and scheduling software.
- A genuine passion for connecting with people.
Position Details:
- Work hours are M-F between 1pm to 6pm CST for client calls.
- Options may arise to add more hours.
- Must have a designated, quiet, and professional workspace without interruptions. This position is not suitable for individuals with small children at home.
- You need to provide your own computer with WiFi, monitor, and headset.
