Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Consultation: Provide expert technical guidance and specifications to design professionals, securing project specifications for our innovative products.
- Product Advocacy: Educate clients on our products' unique capabilities, ensuring seamless integration with their design visions.
- Market Engagement: Represent Staffmark at industry events, including AIA and CSI meetings, seminars, and product presentations, establishing and nurturing key relationships.
- Business Development: Proactively identify and develop new sales leads, contributing to our market share growth.
- Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, codes, and technical advancements, providing valuable management insights.
- Relationship Management: Work closely with customers, identify key decision makers, and build trusted business relationships with influencers and specifiers such as designers, architects, builders, contractors, dealers, spec writers, owners, and construction managers.
About You: We seek a highly motivated and experienced Architectural Sales Representative with a passion for excellence and a proven track record of success—experience: Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in architectural sales or a related field.
- Education: A bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience is considered.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Trimble SketchUp, Autodesk Revit, and Microsoft Office. Experience with BIM processes and implementation is highly desirable.
