Role: Sales Consultant
Location: West Hollywood, CA (occasional float to Newport Beach, CA)
Role Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Consultant to represent 7th Avenue at our LA/ West Hollywood Showroom. This role is integral to our brand experience, requiring a professional with a flair for engaging with high-end clientele in the luxury furniture market.
About 7th Avenue:
7th Avenue is a digitally-native furniture brand offering products that marry luxury design with functional day-to-day features. Our main product is a modular sofa collection we call “The World’s Greatest Modular Sofa” that includes features such as endless modularity, water-repellent and stain-resistant fabrics, removable and machine-washable covers, memory foam cushions, and many more. All products are sustainably-built, free from harmful chemicals, and designed to last 10 years or more.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized consultations and demonstrations of our modular sofa collection, with an emphasis on functional design and quality
- Engage with clients in-person and through digital platforms, ensuring a seamless, high-end experience.
- Utilize expert communication skills to articulate product value and brand ethos to a discerning clientele.
- Leverage technological tools for effective client interaction and sales processes.
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in luxury retail, high-end sales, or concierge services.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with a strong command of language.
- Detail-oriented, hardworking, and motivated, with a focus on customer satisfaction and sales excellence.
- Tech-savvy, comfortable with digital interactions and platforms.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Base salary with a rewarding commission structure.
- Full-time position with comprehensive benefits including health, life, dental, and vision insurance, plus paid time off.
- Working hours encompassing day, evening and weekends required.
