Project Manager – Water & Wastewater

The Project Manager oversees all phases of water and wastewater projects, including estimating, proposals, preconstruction, construction, inspections, and project turnover. This role requires strong organizational skills, a results-driven mindset, and the ability to exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects from planning to completion.
- Develop and execute project management plans, budgets, schedules, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and vendors for seamless execution.
- Supervise project schedules (Primavera P6) and ensure timely progress updates.
- Monitor budgets, control costs, and manage procurement.
- Conduct site visits to assess progress, quality, and safety compliance.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in construction, with 5+ years in water/wastewater projects.
- Bachelor's degree in construction-related field; PMP preferred.
- Proven success in delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Expertise in relevant construction methods, equipment, and regulations.
Technical & Business Skills
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Procore.
- Strong understanding of contracts, change orders, and cost management.
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents.
Leadership & Communication
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage subcontractors, vendors, and project teams effectively.
Additional Responsibilities
- Prepare project documentation and financial reports.
- Oversee safety, quality control, and compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Support preconstruction activities, contract administration, and financial reporting.
- Stay updated on industry trends and implement process improvements.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $125,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year
