PMO Practitioner | New Graduate

Position Summary
Thales is looking for a
PMO Practitioner - New Graduate to provide administrative support by coordinating, preparing and maintaining various Program Management deliverables using various tools, i.e., schedules, reports, KPIs, agendas, forms, templates, guides, lists, etc.
In this position, you will also assist with program data and requirements conducting work with the highest ethical standards, transparency and compliance with all applicable laws.
Key Areas of Responsibility
- Coordinate, prepare and maintain various Program Management deliverables, i.e., schedules, reports, workload, agendas, forms, templates, guides and lists using various tools (i.e., SAP, Primavera, APPEAL, PowerBI, etc.).
- Produce, analyze and maintain various KPIs, e.g., Active Customers attributes, Labor utilization hours, Primavera baselining frequency, PCO Kanban and Agenda, etc.
- Coordinate and prepare for program closer or transition to AGS; Provide backfill coverage when a PMO person is out-of-office; Organize/maintain network folders and eTols, training materials, forms/templates and guides.
- Assist PMO and PM prepare for Manage Project 5.2 audits (internal and external) by assembling and organizing audit data; Support PMO and PM with Product & Project Efficiency (PPE) updates using the APPEAL tool.
- Create various types of Purchase Requisitions and Service Entry Sheets for PMO and PM personnel; Facilitate/ensure AC delivery data is kept up-to-date, i.e., work with PMs and follow hardware delivery shifts in order to question the impact on associated AC deliveries. Coordinate with PDS to ensure the AC delivery data is accurate in SAP.
- Support other back-office program support duties, i.e., action items, action items follow-up, meeting minutes, etc.; Performs other PM/PMO ad-hoc support duties upon request.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field with a minimum of 1-4+ years of relevant work experience or a MBA or related field with 0-2+ years of relevant work experience.
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams; Possess technical aptitude to learn and work with software tools used by PMO (i.e., SAP, Primavera, APPEAL, PowerBI, etc.).
- Apply effective data analytics, i.e., retrieve, organize and analyze information from various sources; Tackle basic problems, establish facts, work with a team to implement effective solutions and follow-up.
- Write reports and business correspondences; Effectively present information and respond to inquiries; Solve basic problems in a practical manner.
- Interpret a variety of basic instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form; Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Must be driven to complete tasks with some schedule challenges.

Special Position Requirements
- Schedule: Core business hour Monday to Friday. May be eligible for 9/80 work schedule. May occasionally be required to work outside core business hours.

What We Offer
The anticipated TTC range for this role is $72,684.00 - 131,868.00 USD Annual. The Company reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s status protected by local, state, or federal law.
