POSITION:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategy and Analytics Manager to lead our data transformation and strategy initiatives. With a strong foundation in analytics, data visualization, and strategic planning, this individual will deliver actionable insights, optimize operations, and drive business growth.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Design, develop, and automate PowerBIdashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), providing real-time insights and aiding executive leadership
- Transform complex data sets into meaningful insights, supporting organizational goals and improving studio performance
- Oversee and execute strategic data initiatives across business verticals, leveraging tools like SQL, Tableau, and Excel to derive insights and inform critical decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally to identify growth opportunities, streamline operational processes, and execute data-driven strategies for membership growth and efficiency
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Proficiency in SQL, PowerBI, and Excel, with expertise in dashboard design and data visualization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to evaluate operational data and drive strategic improvements
- Experience in implementing and automating data processes for enhanced decision-making
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate insights effectively to leadership
- Proven experience in analytics and strategy, with progressive roles from Data Analyst to Strategy and Analytics Manager
EXPERIENCE:
- At least 5-10 years of progressive experience in analytics and strategy roles, with a demonstrated ability to lead strategic data initiatives
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, Economics, or a related field
- Master’s degree is a plus
