About the Role:As a Communications Coordinator, you will support the internal and external communication efforts of our team. You will play a vital role in shaping our brand voice, delivering consistent messaging, and ensuring our communications align with business goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and executing communication strategies across various channels.
Write, edit, and proofread content for press releases, newsletters, email campaigns, and social media.
Coordinate internal communication efforts to keep staff informed and engaged.
Maintain and update website and social media content.
Support event communications, including promotional materials and post-event reports.
Track analytics and prepare reports to measure communication effectiveness.
Build and maintain relationships with media contacts, vendors, and partners.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
1+ year of experience in communications, public relations, or marketing preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with design or social media management tools is a plus.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
