Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Asbestos Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction, restoration, and environmental safety, particularly in areas such as OSHA regulations, asbestos abatement, and mold remediation. This role involves providing expert guidance to clients on best practices and compliance standards while ensuring the highest quality of service. Must be a certified asbestos consultant.
Duties
- Assess client needs and provide tailored consulting services in construction and restoration projects.
- Conduct site evaluations to identify hazards related to asbestos, mold, and other environmental concerns.
- Develop comprehensive reports for asbestos abatement and mold remediation that comply with OSHA regulations.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare detailed reports outlining findings, recommendations, and action plans for clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and technologies related to construction and environmental safety.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction or restoration consulting with a focus on OSHA compliance.
- Strong knowledge of asbestos abatement procedures and mold remediation techniques.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to assess complex situations and provide effective solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
