Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Survey Lead located in Riverside, CA. The Survey Lead will oversee the planning and execution of various surveying tasks, including topographic and land surveys. The role involves supervising fieldwork, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards, analyzing data obtained from surveys, and contributing to reports. The Survey Lead will also collaborate with project teams, communicate with clients, and ensure deliverables align with project timelines and requirements.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills to coordinate with clients and team members effectively
- Understanding of Land Surveying Principles and Computations
- Experience with AutoCad Civil 3D and Trimble Business Center software
- Demonstrated expertise in Topographic Surveys, Land Surveying, and Construction Surveying practices
- Experience in leading and training of subordinate staff
- Ability to Travel within the greater USA
- Familiarity with using surveying equipment and software tools
- Attention to detail and proficiency in reviewing and analyzing survey data
- Ability to manage projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle and maintain a clean driving record
- Minimum Ten Years of Field Survey Lead Experience (Party Chief)
- L.S.I.T Certification Required or an Education Equivalent
