Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up equipment
- Support carpenters, masons, electricians, and other tradespeople by providing necessary tools and materials promptly
- Perform general labor tasks such as digging trenches, moving debris, and cleaning work areas to maintain safety and efficiency
- Follow all safety protocols diligently to ensure a secure work environment for yourself and team members
- Operate basic construction tools under supervision and report any equipment issues immediately
- Help with site cleanup at the end of each shift to keep the worksite organized and hazard-free
- Support the delivery and storage of materials, ensuring proper handling and inventory control
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks including lifting heavy objects, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions
- Strong work ethic with a positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Good communication skills to follow instructions clearly and work effectively within a team
- Basic understanding of construction safety procedures; willingness to obtain relevant certifications if needed
- Prior experience in construction or manual labor is a plus but not required—training will be provided!
- Reliable transportation to job sites is preferred
