Location:
Downtown Los Angeles, California. This is a 100 percent on site role in a brand new office.

Job Description
- Represent employees in wage and hour class actions and PAGA matters involving unpaid overtime, meal and rest breaks, unreimbursed expenses, and related claims
- Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other litigation documents in state and federal court
- Conduct legal research and write clear, persuasive briefs and case strategy memos
- Take and defend depositions with guidance from experienced class action litigators
- Help manage a growing caseload and hit deadlines in a fast paced environment
- Work closely with senior attorneys while building toward independently managing your own matters
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
- Active California Bar license in good standing
- Approximately 0 to 2 years of employment law experience with exposure to wage and hour class actions and or PAGA preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and communication skills
- Organized, detail oriented, and able to manage priorities and deadlines
