WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
1. Software Development
- Develop and maintain desktop/web applications using .NET technologies.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and web services to support both desktop and web platforms.
- Participate in system architecture design, technical discussions, and code reviews.
- Optimize and refactor code to improve performance, reliability, and maintainability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
2. Problem-Solving & Security Compliance
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical problems by providing effective and practical solutions.
- Apply secure coding practices to ensure data protection and maintain code integrity.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to ensure compliance with relevant standards, guidelines, and industry regulations.
3. Version Control & Documentation
- Manage source code using Git and follow best practices for version control.
- Maintain clear, accurate, and comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and project updates to ensure team alignment and continuity.
4. Collaboration & Project Coordination
- Work closely with developers, project engineers, testers, and technical leads to support a cohesive work environment.
- Perform code reviews as both reviewer and reviewee, driving code quality across the team.
- Communicate project progress, challenges, and solutions effectively and consistently.
- Support project planning by estimating tasks, identifying risks, and helping establish schedules and milestones.
- Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and project outcomes.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- 3+ years of professional experience with a strong background in C# and .NET backend development
- Experience with multi-threaded programming and improving existing libraries/applications while assessing associated risks.
- Solid experience with .NET Framework and familiarity with .NET Core versions.
- Experience customizing DevExpress components (e.g., GridControl, XtraReports).
- Basic JavaScript knowledge for integrating web or hybrid components.

- Demonstrated self-motivation, integrity, openness, and positive mindset.
- Strong logical thinking, teamwork, and analytical problem‑solving skills.
