We’re looking for a Social Media & Communications Specialist at Helix Electric in San Diego, CA.
If you’re a creative marketer and communicator who knows how to build brand visibility, create compelling content, and drive engagement across digital channels, this could be a great fit.
In this role, you’ll help lead social media strategy, content development, campaign execution, website support, analytics tracking, brand messaging, and internal communications. You’ll also support major company initiatives, events, public relations efforts, and employee engagement messaging.
What we’re looking for:
- 3–5 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, communications, or a related field
- Strong writing, editing, storytelling, and content planning skills
- Experience managing social platforms, campaigns, and content calendars
- Knowledge of website content management, SEO, and digital analytics
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, InDesign, Canva, and related tools
- A proactive, organized professional who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams

Compensation and Benefits:
The starting base pay for this role is between $70,000 and $80,000 annually. Actual compensation will depend on location, training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market conditions. This role may also be eligible for bonus and benefits.
