About TRACE TRACE Management System is a cloud construction-management platform for contractors, construction managers, and public agencies. TRACE connects project records, drawings, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, schedules, cost and payment workflows, compliance, field evidence, and accountable project controls in one governed environment. The role We are looking for a patient, technically confident implementation and support specialist who can help construction professionals adopt TRACE successfully. You will guide onboarding and training, answer product questions clearly, reproduce issues, collect the relevant evidence, document steps and impact, and route technical problems without losing context. What you will do • Guide customer discovery, configuration, onboarding, training, and launch. • Translate construction workflows into practical platform setup. • Support project records, drawings, RFIs, submittals, daily reports, schedules, change, payment, compliance, BIM, and closeout workflows. • Reproduce issues, prepare precise escalation notes, and track open items through resolution. • Create useful help content and share recurring customer needs with product and engineering. • Protect customer confidentiality and follow project, evidence, and authority boundaries. What we are looking for • Experience in construction operations, construction technology, SaaS implementation, customer success, technical support, project controls, or a related field. • Strong written and spoken communication. • Ability to explain technical concepts to field and office users without jargon. • Excellent documentation, organization, judgment, and follow-through. • Familiarity with construction documentation or BIM workflows is helpful. Compensation Base salary: $75,000–$95,000 per year. This is TRACE's good-faith hiring range; final compensation depends on job-related experience and qualifications.
