Job Description:
- Represent clients in workers' compensation cases from inception to resolution
- Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and manage discovery
- Prepare and present cases before administrative law judges and courts
- Negotiate settlements and advise clients on legal rights and obligations
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of workers’ compensation laws and regulations
- Position is remote, but requires initial in-office presence in Orange and Corona offices for a few weeks
- Open to hybrid or fully onsite options based on attorney preference
- Hiring for 2 attorney positions
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
- Admission to the State Bar of California
- 2-6 years of experience in workers’ compensation law as an attorney (minimum 2+ years required)
- Strong litigation and negotiation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently
