Shift: First Shift Monday - Friday
Hours: 8 AM to 4:30 PM (Overtime may be required)
Orion Group is seeking a QC Technician I who will be responsible for evaluating products for our global medical equipment manufacturer client in Torrance, CA.

What we’ll get you doing:
· Maintaining a clean, organized and presentable workspace and enforce ISO:9001 guidelines as required.
· Using computer program(s) to test, process and evaluate product.
· Following FIFO (first in first out) philosophy for testing, as needed.
· Performing minor troubleshooting activities on testing instrumentation.
· Following all assigned testing and operating instructions for work area.
· Supporting key initiatives as assigned by department leadership.
Completing assigned training and reading as outlined by department manager.
The essential requirements of the role include:
· High School diploma required.
· Ensures all work is accurate and free of errors / defects.
· Typically, less than 2 years of experience.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
· Requires analytical thinking and problem solving.
· Strong organizational skill, plans and assigns resources in a detailed fashion.
· Lab/clean room experience preferred.
