Compensation: $114K
Shift: M-F; 7am – 3:30pm
Travel: None. All work performed on campus.

Position Description
As AC Shop Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising staff, daily operations, and activities of the Air Conditioning trades unit. Responsibilities will include:
- Plan, schedule, supervise, and coordinate various skilled trade projects and activities.
- Train skilled trades staff on Pay for Skills.
- Administer department budget.
- Provide leadership and guidance to ensure that high standards of quality, service, and customer satisfaction are maintained.
Position Requirements
- Ten years of experience. This can be military experience or combination of civilian apprentice/ journeyman experience. HVAC experience should be in facilities and/or industrial (not residential).
- Have past experience in a leadership role. Will be leading a team of 15-20 technicians.
- Must have a valid Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) – Universal certification and a valid Driver’s License.
